Idea Cappuccino
Idea. Saeco's new range of professional automatic coffee machines. IDEA is modular: starting with the base module, all other units may be added to the machine as and when required.

Top of the range the Cappuccino version characterized by the special professional Cappuccinatore 'signed Saeco' built-in the dispenser. In this way both coffee and milk are dispensed at the same time with possibility to select up to 3 milk-based beverages, mixing them as desired. Cappuccinatore takes milk directly from the pack transforming it into a thick, creamy foam and is equipped with a sanitizer that automates the cleaning process at each single use, making useless any manual operation.

Idea Cappuccino as all the other version of the Idea line has a a double boiler (coffee boiler and hot water/steam boiler) and has 3 water circuits: 1 coffee circuit, 1 for hot water heated with independent heat exchangers attached to the boiler, 1 steam circuit. This gives improved brewing of steam, hot water and coffee.

Electronics allows the programming of 7 languages on display, on/off timings. Moreover full range customisation for any selectable drink: pre-grinding, pre-infusion with timing and procedure selections, mix coffee (for mixtures of normal and decaffeinated coffee), decaffeinated option using pre-grinded coffee, mix water (simultaneously mixing hot water and coffee for black coffee)

So Idea Cappuccino is modular, versatile, extremely compact to satisfy the needs of small communities, bars, hotels, canteens, and restaurants. Absolutely ideal.
