Saeco USA Inc., founded in 1992, is located in Glenwillow, Ohio, just 30 minutes from Cleveland.
Saeco USA Inc. is a member of the Saeco International Group, the world's leading manufacturer of fully automatic espresso and specialty coffee machines for residential and commercial use.
The Group's success is based on the patented technology of a user friendly, removable brewing unit that is customer accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance, saving the hassle and expense of frequent and costly service calls.
Saeco features an exciting and innovative line of fully automatic espresso coffee machines that can produce freshly brewed coffee of "regular" strength, as well as espresso and all the related specialty coffee drinks, that Americans have come to love so much.
Fully automatic coffee machines prepare the different types of coffee from bean to cup at the push of a button. They also provide steam for frothing milk.
Saeco USA Inc. is responsible for the marketing, distribution and support of the innovative Saeco products in the United States. The 44,000 sq. ft facility in Glenwillow is home base for about 35 employees that are dedicated to customer service, backed up by nationwide manufacturer reps, distributors, retailers, service centers and outsource storage and logistics.
All products are conforming to international and specific industrial US Standards, such as UL, NSF, etc. and Saeco USA keeps an ample supply of product, spare parts, and accessories available. Saeco performs expert warranty and repair work and gives training to its distributors and external service centers.
