It functions just like your favorite coffee house, delivering fresh ground , whole-bean, espresso-based beverages at the touch of a button. You get real gourmet coffee beverages, a single cup at a time, from EspressoNow!, not prepackaged pods or water soluble imitations.

Q: Does the EspressoNow! system use instant, or freeze dried coffee?
A: EspressoNow! uses a blend of fresh, whole, 100% Arabica espresso beans. The beans are not ground until you make your selection, providing you with the freshest coffee possible.

Q: What is the beverage selection in an EspressoNow! system?
A: EspressoNow! can deliver up to 8 different hot, delicious, freshly made beverages including Espresso, Café Americano (Black Coffee), Vanilla Cappuccino, Café Latte, Cafe Mocha, Cappuccino, French Vanilla and Hot Chocolate.

Q: What is the cost of having an EspressoNow! system at my place of business?
A: There are two basic models available to provide your office or business the EspressoNow! service: 1) COMPLIMENTARY, where the host company is billed monthly based on per cup volume, with a minimum volume criteria. 2) CASH or STORED VALUE CARD VENDING, where the customer or employee pays in full for each beverage. EspressoNow! also offers HYBRID programs, where the host company may partially subsidize the cost of selected or all beverages.

In appropriate situations EspressoNow! is willing to partner with customers in a revenue sharing model.

Q: Are there special electrical or plumbing requirements at the location where the machine will be placed?
A: There are no special requirements to enjoy the EspressoNow! service. EspressoNow! equipment is powered by the buildings standard electrical service and water can be supplied by either, water tanks that are prefilled with purified water at EspressoNow!'s offices or attaching the machine to the buildings water service with a water filtration device supplied at no cost by EspressoNow!. Additionally, EspressoNow! equipment does not require a waste-water line as all byproduct of the brewing process is stored internally in fully contained waste bins.

Q: What will my business be responsible for?
A: The EspressoNow! system is a full service solution, meaning there is nothing for your business to maintain or buy. EspressoNow!'s onsite service includes, refilling the machine with all consumable products, cleaning and sanitizing the equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and in the event of a malfunction - repairing or replacing the machine within 1 business day.
